This was our first time to stay at Moody Gardens and we loved it. Can’t wait to stay again! It was clean and the rooms were nice! We went when they weren’t busy so that was nice , it was quiet.
We went for the Christmas festival of Lights. I needed connecting rooms as we had our grandchildren. They upgraded us to a huge suite with a living room for a way below market price. Went the extra mile to reimburse my festival tickets and repurchase with discount for staying at the hotel. Great customer service!
We loved our time at Moody Gardens Hotel! The restaurants were so good! The pool was amazing and loved sitting in the lobby!
