My family of 5 were in town for a funeral and stayed 3 nights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the building is beautiful. Our room was just what we needed, we'd gladly stay again if we ever end up in Jackson in the future. Beds were comfy, rooms were very clean. Hot tub and pool were great as well! The whole family had a great experience. Thank you!
I needed a last minute room and not only did they accommodate my family, they were so compacionate and understanding of our needs (my husband is on peritoneal dialysis) the room was so spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were EXACTLY what i wanted.
I loved everything about this Hotel the staff are amazing and friendly, they are ready to be in any way they possibly can. The rooms are great and comfortable and they are kid friendly for sure!!!
