Our family was in town for a medical procedure at Veterans Hospital of Palo Alto. The location of the hotel was very convenient! The hotel staff was excellent! They accommodated our request to have adjoining rooms which was critical to our family. The rooms were so spacious and very clean! The room service food was great!! We had less than 20min wait for our food! There was a great variety of dishes and everything we ordered was very good! Front desk was very kind and helped us with luggage cart and kindly accommodated our late check out. We had everything we needed! Highly recommend!
The staff is incredible. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurant had really good drinks and the tuna tartare was everything. 10/10 would recommend, i look forward to my next stay here.
Love this property! I never leave reviews but was blown away by the kindness of the receptionist and staff. Had to give it the credit due! Rooms are clean and cozy with high ceilings. Restaurant was fabulous. We will definitely be back!
