The staff are very friendly and helpful! Room is big, clean with nice sunshine through the French window. Love the bar food, good value for the money! There is 24-hour gym and a nice indoor swimming pool that you can enjoy your stay. The hotel has a shuttle bus directly to my company office. Everything is perfect! Everything is great!!
The manager of this property saw me every morning because I had some type of little problem or issue, and she handled every single one of them. Normally a Hyatt guest member and come to Naperville frequently. I’ll be staying at this hotel from now on thanks to your lovely staff. She definitely deserves some praise as it’s uncommon these days and it may be very pleased to know people still go the extra mile to take care of their customers and she sure did
