This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Rooms are spacious, well appointed and super comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay again and for additional time :) It was our first time in Nashville and this was a great find! We chose this property because it was 'downtown' without being right in the middle of 'downtown'. Freeway access was easy and quick, without having to fight any downtown commute traffic as we left in the morning. nothing I didn't like :)
Our stay at this hotel was amazing. Everyone was friendly & helpful. They offer free breakfasts which was definitely a plus. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We stopped at Element after booking on Expedia on our way back from New Mexico. Check-in was super quick and the 2nd shift clerk was so friendly & helpful (he was also impeccably dressed)! The hotel is very dog friendly and doesn't charge an insane amount extra either. The courtyard in One City Center was very cool too - it had a large green grass area for dogs. The queen studio was great - very clean and the little kitchen had everything we needed. Valet was easy and not unreasonable. They also had no issue with a late check out. Will definitely stay again!
