Welcomed to the property by Chelsea. She is the type of employee that you want representing your hotel. Friendly, helpful and informative, she provided a positive first impression. The room was clean and up to date, spacious and the bed was super comfy. Parking was available (which is always a plus). We had a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hostess (I know her name started with an “S” and she said she usually works in housekeeping) was such a great “people person, that I think management should consider making this her regular gig! I would definitely recommend staying here.
Great location and customer service. We were here for a family visit and our mother was us who is handicapped and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and highly recommended.
Great from the moment we checked in. Found parking right upfront. Miss Jen was super helpful when we checked in. Everyone was friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Solid breakfast. We felt completely safe and walked everywhere (food, bars, Prospect Park - about 25 min, Botanical Gardens - about 25 min). Will definitely stay here again next time in Brooklyn.
