The hotel is fantastic not to mention the staff. We were greeted by the front desk manager Tina who was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel bistro’s food was excellent! My compliments to the chef. Vicky the hotel manager was professional, friendly, and courteous. Our room was clean and can actually smell the cleanliness. Beds comfy. Room was spacious. Only 10 mins away from universal Studios. Pet friendly. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Universal Studios! Thank you to the staff.
Great place to stay. Location is great, very close to Universal (5min drive). Clean and comfortable. Very well kept and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
