As frequent guests of this fine hotel, we were delighted to be back. Your renovations/renewals/upgrades that you made during your closure have made this property even better. The Colony staff is first-rate, gracious, and professional. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning very soon.
This has been a very special property. They still have all the little things that hotels use to have. The check in was kind, friendly and welcoming. The room is cute, clean, and fun. They have lots of towels, and wonderful soaps. The hair dryer and straightener are Dyson which was fabulous to try out. The dinner was amazing. The food was incredible and the service was exceptional. The turn down service was excellent. It felt like we were pampered from the time we arrived till when we left. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Everything!!! From the decor to the staff truly a remarkable experience! The whole staff was so extremely accommodating! I will be staying again in the near future.
