  • We had a difficult time finding the hotel and we called and one of the staff stayed on the phone to guided us . It was very sweet of her. We had a horrible experience with a rental car and needed to return it quickly; we were frazzled and the staff were all so nice. We were able to have dinner there--it was delicious. One of the satff heard us talking about getting a Lyft ride from the rental car office back to the hotel and she offered to pick us up----service above and beyond. We were extremely impressed and will use Hilton Gardens again. I am so sorry that I no longer remember the names of the staff. Top Notch Our stay was perfect
  • It was a wonderful stay. As I worried because of the midnight arrival, the driver picked me up within 5 min from when I called to the front desk. Spacious room with nice bed to begin with, I was refresh every day to recharge my energy to the following day. Everybody who works this hotel seems to know what he/she is doing plus can-do attitude was a pleasant one. Full breakfast was nice as well. Again, thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
