Incredible restoration of an old building Awesome & friendly staff with big smiles and a willingness to assist. Great decor and a very clean room. Fantastic Food and drinks. Cool Sky Bar.

The staff is amazing! Super friendly, accommodating and efficient. They are fabulous. The room was gorgeous and the hotel is spotless. Felt very safe staying there. I will absolutely stay there again when in Richmond. It is worth every penny!
