Me and my friend had such a good time at aloft. The staff were amazing and at the end there was confusion when I checked out, I got charged for a night at the hotel even though I already paid through Expedia. The lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) immediately remedied the situation and refunded my money. Can’t recommend this hotel and location enough! Thank you for a great weekend in Tampa!
An absolutely amazing experience. Amenities like the outdoor pool and the pool table were great for passing the time until I got ready for my planned activities and the entire stay was nothing like than perfect!
