Amazing! Valet and front desk were on point and extremely nice!
A special shout out to Anthony at the front desk. When we discovered we would be limited to valet parking one of our two vehicles at the hotel. I called the front desk, asking for help, and Anthony was terrific! He was extremely professional during check-in, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in our room. Another shout out goes to Matt at the valet stand. When we arrived at 3 PM, there were no luggage carts. Matt went from floor to floor to try and find one, but came up empty. We had a lot of stuff, and he helped us get it up to our room.
This particular Courtyard has a great location, within walking distance of a park, museums, restaurants, etc. It's also very clean and appointed in modern ways. I had no complaints whatsoever.
