From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, but the real star of our stay was Ariel, the concierge. He was beyond helpful throughout our trip, always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, Ariel is the best concierge I've ever encountered! He went out of his way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The group breakfast was an absolute highlight each morning. I highly recommend
