I have been returning to the Residence Inn for over 6 years. It feels like home. The staffing is always very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for meeting with family and friends and very conveniently for exploring Worm Town and Central MA. I was extremely pleased to see that updating and grounds care are still addressed with care.
Stay was fantastic when we got and checked in she gave me a free upgrade to a bigger suite. The room was clean, comfortable quiet, hotel staff was amazingly friendly and professional. I will definitely go back and stay again.
The ladies at the check in were so friendly and gracious. Such a welcomed experience after our long drive. This hotel is pet friendly with a welcome cookie for our tuckered out fur baby. Thank you ladies !!
