The prior week I was next door at Marriott Courtyard and wasn't happy with there, so decided to try TownePlace. Always had a friendly person at desk to say hello and gladly give more towels or coffee pods when needed. The room was very clean, beds comfy and LOVED the pillows! Temp was easy to regulate and bathroom clean, which is a big plus to me! Will stay here again!
I’ve stayed all over the world, and I can honestly say that the staff and property far exceeded all expectations I had. I loved the front desk staff as they were always cheery and smiling. I had a couple issues with my electronic key and the head of the maintenance staff took care of it immediately. I moved here from Los Angeles and the staff made me feel at home here until I moved into my house. I was actually a little sad to be leaving as the staff had sorta become my family away from home. Kudos to your great company!!
Fantastic stay. The suite was perfect for my family of 5 to create a quiet, private environment for everyone. The bathroom was even set back from the bedrooms and the main living area so you don't have to wake up the entire family if you wake up early or get up in the middle of the night. Perfect!
