My husband and I stayed one night at the Renaissance in Albany and had a wonderful experience. We arrived around 8pm to check in and the front desk was very helpful in directing us to the hotels restaurant Wellington’s. We had an amazing dinner there, and the next morning a great breakfast! The room was exactly as pictured, very clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again if in Albany! Highly recommend
The staff at Renaissance Albany are amazing! I had a somewhat unorthodox, and kind of silly request and the staff here did not disappoint. Everyone was kind and helped with any and all problems. Check in was straight-forward. Checkout was simple and fast. Service was quick. Room was clean and big! Couldn't recommend enough! To the staff member that hid apples in my room for my mini scavenger hunt request, you are the best! DFTBA!
First, let me say that I travel about 4X a year to the Albany/Saratoga Springs/ Lake George area in the past fifteen years . Ive stayed at many hotels and B&Bs during this time until Ive narrowed it down to just my favorites based on a geographic area. When Im back in the Albany area I will definitely stay at this hotel. The service, ambiance and my room was nothing short of amazing! Service, cleanliness and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
