Best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were all friendly, professional,helpful,welcoming and always had a smile on their face. The room and interior of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The J-bar had an awesome vibe and the food was delicious!!! Great location and transportation to and from stores and ski areas offered by hotel.Amazing hotel and will def be staying there again.

Everything in Aspen is always great. You cannot go wrong with the food. However, they do not have late night deliveries in this town. Hotel Chan is decorated with the most beautiful taste. No detail has been overlooked. We really enjoyed our stay. And the breakfast was really amazing too. Five stars from me.Amazing hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
