Everything! This is a top-notch facility. It's clean, well-maintained, well-lighted, and well-staffed. Room and amenities were exactly as described (if not better), and the front desk staff were always warm and receptive, friendly and helpful. I had one of the most pleasant stays I've ever had at a hotel here! The ONLY thing that would have made my stay even better would have been breakfast with hot options (this wasn't an advertised amenity, but it's always my preference wherever I stay).
Absolutely beautiful location, extremely clean and beds and pillows were so comfortable. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, we actually requested to stay another night. If you are going to Salem I think this is the perfect place, the drive into Salem is AMAZING and about 5 miles. Also, they have their own private beach. Needs microwave in room.
I decided to visit Salem last minute for Halloween and this was one of the last available properties nearby. It turned out to be the best location ever! Only 15 minutes drive away from Salem, in a beautiful, quiet area of Beverly. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, I spent a morning walking around, admiring the fountain and the trees changing colors this time of the year. Check in went smoothly and the front desk staff was always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the room. It smelled absolutely divine. The heating worked great, the bedsheets were clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. Coffeemaker in the room, iron, hairdryer, clean towels, TV with a lot of channels, I mean everything was perfect. Also, this was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying at this location, no complaints at all. Thank you for the lovely service.
