This property had the best service and the most amazing newly renovated room! Our family was impressed from the moment we entered the property. So many great staff to thank for making our family trip memorable.
We stayed for our 15th anniversary and we knew that the resort was still partly under construction. The tower, where we stayed was PHENOMENAL! Absolutely perfect room and finishings. There was hair in the bathroom when we got there so that’s why it wasn’t scored perfectly. Food was EXCELLENT, and every employee was over and above for accommodating everything! The spa (outside) was lackluster and it looked amazing in pictures. But services were fantastic! Highly recommend!
This place is awesome. It’s not cheap but worth it. Everyone is awesome from Jean on the pool deck to the guys at the flow rider to everyone else from when you enter until you leave. Staff deserve 7 stars. Place is beautiful too.
