Truly we had a wonderful experience! The service, the accommodations, the location were superb! We felt treated like royalty. The mansion is grand. If we come to Buffalo and need a place to stay, this will be it! Thank you to the wonderful staff!!!!
The Mansion on Delaware excels at customer service. The butlers went out of their way to assist, even heating up our leftover food from the precious evening to have for lunch. Each evening offered a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine and complimentary breakfast each morning served by the butler on duty. I highly recommend this property!
Where to begin! Truly an "experience" to stay at this lovely place. Old School Charm, beautiful architecture, and you truly felt pampered! The staff, specifically, was out of this world incredible. Caden - what a gem! Danny - so friendly and personable. The bar in the "study" was our favorite place as we got to socialize with not only the staff but with other guests as well. I have already told so many people about this place and that they need to book a stay! Not a single thing to list in terms of dislikes. It was a wonderful stay all around!
