Loved the location and the entire hotel staff were delightful! Highly recommended. Loved the 17th floor patio too!

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very happy we decided to stay here! It’s was in a great area in Chicago and the room was wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly, from the staff that checked us in to those greeting us throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!!
