Stunning hotel, nice comfy bed, clean and comfortable area walkable to anything I would want or need, but most of all the STAFF oh my goodness wow. I have never in all my life been so impressed by a team of hotel staff! All of them were so kind and helpful the entire stay. Especially David our bellman who had so many wonderful recommendations any time we needed them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
The Viceroy was an excellent place to stay while we dropped off our daughter at school in Chicago. It is conveniently located, and helpful and friendly staff made the stay exceptional. We will be back for a future stay!
This hotel really checks all of the boxes! Lovely staff, nice restaurant and room, gorgeous pool with a view of Lake Michigan on a picture perfect weekend! Would not hesitate to stay here again!
