The food and service was excellent! We ate there 5 nights, delicious steaks, appetizers, sides. The happy hour is a great dollar value. The restaurant overlooks Pikes Peak, just beautiful! The service was outstanding, the chef, Joe Rodriguez is amazing with some of his food combinations. Had a Bloody Mary at the Tack Room with breakfast one morning, that was a meal unto itself. Matt the assistant manager procured some delicious rare bourbons, a pleasant surprise, and was very helpful in selecting wine with our meals. Jess, Daniel, and Kari were exceptional servers. They all made our stay very wonderful.
This hotel is absolutely amazing, from the architecture to the rooms everything was perfect. Went to the steakhouse on the property for dinner and was nothing but perfection. Room was very spacious and had a peaceful view of the golf course! Would recommend this location for anyone wanting a upscale stay. Will be going again in the future!
I highly recommend this place. My son loved the pool and the room was really nice and comfortable. You cant beat the wonderful views and how convenient it is to other places.
