Everything about our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff, while extremely busy, are extremely kind and helpful. They make check-in run smoothly and beam with smiles while going above and beyond to answer questions and meet your needs. The location of this hotel is a huge plus. Great restaurants were within walking distance. We were attending a venue at the Arena and were able to make the walk and arrive within 15 minutes. There was no need to use our car during the entire stay. The valet service is outstanding. Again, greeted with smiles, kind words and an outstanding performance. Upon check out, with a quick text before leaving the room, our car was ready and waiting for us. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Columbus. Staff are awesome and Julie at the front desk is one of the most helpful and friendly hotel staff person I’ve encountered in all my travel over the last few years.Very nice hotel, with amazing staff. Very clean and griendly place.
