  • From the initial impression checking in with Pebbles through to the final experience of checking out with Daniel, we could not have asked for more. The staff was friendly and professional and always making sure everything was up to our standards. I called to confirm our reservations a week before hand to ensure everything would go as planned. Pebbles answered that call, confirmed our stay and picked out the perfect room with a balcony overlooking the pool's waterfall and the best gulf view. The bartenders were friendly and quick to respond both at the tiki bar and inside. Our room was clean and we were left undisturbed by housekeeping during our stay per our request. Our privacy was respected. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We were able to use the adjoining hotels amenities as well. I observed how hard the staff worked in the early hours of the morning assuring the pool was clean and up to standards as well as setting up the chairs and umbrellas poolside as well as on the beach. Our experience was amazing and I would recommend staying here to any of my family and friends. Honestly, if there is something not up to your personal standards, ask one of the staff members before complaining as they are willing to accommodate any and everyone to assure everyone's stay is as pleasant as ours was.
