The staff was amazing, after being stuck at airport (connection canceled due to weather), they picked us up w/ shuttle that usually was done by then-(driver Nick), front desk Jasmine and night manager?name? were very helpful. I even had my shoe retied the next morning by the maintenance man. After a long ,tiring delay at airport it felt great to be received so nicely.! Nada
