I was extremely pleased with the young ladies that greeted me at the reservation desk, the young lady in the restaurant and the waitstaff the next morning during breakfast. The room was good size, well furnished and clean. My overall stay was exceptional, for which I would have expected to pay a higher price! There was not anything to dislike! I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I will not hesitate to stay again while in the metroplex and to recommend the Sheraton to all my friends, family and co-workers.
Love this hotel!! We have stayed in it many times! The rooms are always comfortable and very clean. The staff is always very friendly. Due to COVID 19 the pool, restaurant and bar was closed. Completely understandable. We had a quick but great stay!
10/10. I absolutely loved this hotel. I am very picky when it comes down to hotels. I will definitely return to this specific hotel. I hope that they are not sold out next time I come to Dallas. Very clean rooms. Probably one of the first hotels that I’ve stayed in that is extra clean. No stains in bedsheet or pillows. Even the showers were super clean no hairs on the shower walls. I usually always see stains or left over hairs from people shaving on shower walls at hotels but not at this hotel. I hope the housekeeping ladies are getting great pay for how great they leave the rooms. I really appreciate them. I hope next time I come the rooms are just as clean and organized. The only thing I’d say is that I wish they did put bags in the bathroom trash cans but other than that no complaints. Loved, loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. If I could give it more stars I would. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
