Everyone is so hospitable and Friendly. Our room seevoce lady on floor 11, (i apologize i forgot her name) was so sweet and helpful. She alone deserves 5 stars. Many thanks to the entire staff for making our week enjoyable. Mahalo!
We stayed in 5th flr city view, well satisfied with staff services Shout out to Jay and Motto! They're extremely helpful and pleasant! Read carefully the amenities included! There'll be resort fee and valet parking fee not included on your booking! At first we were quite disappointed with extra the charges however the fees were worth it! Hassle free! There'll be complimentary drink stubs that we enjoyed every night! The location is superb! Near beachfront, waikiki strip and not more than an hour drive to all ideal activities! Make sure to include your breakfast, you'll save tons of $$$!
The breakfast buffet was delicious with made to order eggs/omelets and the staff working was very friendly. The property is an easy block walk to the ocean where we saw the beautiful sunset, turtles and enjoyed the beach. The pool, hot tub and sun deck was a great area to enjoy as well. Our room was beautifully decorated with new stylish mirrors, a hula girl lamp, nice towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash were hanging in the shower and by the sink. Our one bedroom suide had a little kitchenette area with a sink and microwave. We loved the vacation and can't wait to go back!
