Customer service is alive and well at homestead. This property I would visit again and do recommend. Every employee should receive recognition at this hotel they were all amazing.
Absolutely amazing! Truly a beautiful location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. It isn't cheap - in fact it's quite expensive, but for a special occasion you will not do better than this. It was wonderful.
Our brief stay at the resort was a thoroughly unexpected delight! Having been conditioned by years of cost cutting in the hospitality industry, aggravated by COVID-19 restrictions, the Omni Homestead Resort was like a journey back in time with respect to service. It has been decades since I have felt so pampered by hotel staff. Every member of the staff we encountered was extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome, even the ones we only encountered in passing thru the hallways. The valets and luggage handlers all enquired about our trip, and were eager to assist in any way they could. We participated in the Smores Hayride, and the driver spent time talking about the area, how the horses were treated, and the area in general. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, as well as enteraining us on his banjo. The Jefferson Dining room serves some of the most delicious food I have had ever. My wife and I look for to coming back to stay in the near future.
