This hotel is great! Perfect for a family, beautiful pool and beach. Definitely recommend.
Our 3 night stay was great! The renovations didn’t bother us at all, as they weren’t doing work on them during the day. The breakfast staff at the pool every morning was wonderful. Our room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view. There were always plenty of chairs by the pool and beach and wait staff was on top of it! We will definitely stay again!
Excellent customer service - Tamara was fantastic - they immediately understood our needs and took steps to go above and beyond. We had a horrible day of flight delays then cancellations (resulting in why we had to find a hotel) and the hotel and customer service there (so far) made the tough day easier.
