I research many properties before visiting Maui., Outrigger stood out with being clean, not too costly and very convenient. I didn't want to pay for an over priced hotel as many in the area seem to be, yet, we wanted a safe , clean place and that is exactly what we got. The hotel, the grounds were super clean, very very well maintained and the staff were always nice and had the "Aloha" spirit greeting you. Its in a great area, awesome views, very good coffee and pastries as well. I would definitely stay at this location again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice, clean, safe place to stay that won't break the bank.
location was perfect - we walked daily, everywhere between black rock and the Westin - whalers village just steps awayperfect! the pool area needs to be updated. new chairs and some attention to the pool deck - nothing major, just needs an update. I typically stay with Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt - but this trip we went with this location due to a recommendation from an acquaintance. so happy we did! fantastic value, awesome staff, great location.
