10/10 the service was top notch from the moment we arrive. Rooms spacious and clean! Thank you the valet guys who greeted us every time we arrive at the hotel.Incredible from start to finish! The hotel itself Is stunning but it’s the service that sets it way way above the others. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. My 9year old will forever remember the kind gentleman working the door to the hotel on the day we checked out. He saw she was feeling a little off and surprised her with a monkey stuffy. Such a class act, SLS.
