Everything was clean and tidy. I love the old fashioned taste of luxury and the atmosphere there. The staff are very friendly. I appreciate Alberto, the valet who went over and beyond taking care of my luggage and car. Also Jamal, the waiter in the dining room. Their service was exemplary as well as reception and the rest of the staff there. It was a real pleasure being there. Thank you so much! Really could not find find anything to complain about!!
The Brown Hotel is magical! It’s like staying in a cool old museum, but with modern amenities. The staff is excellent—especially Alex, who checked us in and then cheerfully helped us with several other things! We loved our stay and hope to return soon.
Such a gorgeous hotel with amazing food and friendly staff. Felt like we were living in luxury. The hotel has beautiful architecture and our room was cozy. The dinner restaurant was romantic and delicious. The breakfast/brunch buffet was the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend. A wonderful experience.
