The staff took very good care of us—we had a wonderful time, and felt the hotel was clean, food was delicious and we always feel very safe there. The ice machine was down on the 11th floor, and although we mentioned it to many employees, nothing was fixed during the two nights we were there. But that was our only issue while there, but just thought as an FYI, you’d want to know. Overall through, great stay, and I gave you 5 stars. Thank you!

My daughter was married in 2017 at the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest. It brought back many good memories. Oh, and the short ribs for dinner last night were excellent! My original hotel I had booked for Saturday - Sunday overbooked my reservation and I was forced to find another hotel fast. Minneapolis Marriott Southwest came though immediately when I called them looking for a new place to spend the night. THANK YOU MMS!!! No complaints here.Beautifully appointed accommodations, wonderful staff, easy check in, all around GREAT hotel. Would definitely choose this hotel again!
