I had requested a room with minimal stairs because of my husband's recent knee surgery. Gurney's granted my request by giving us a beautiful room at parking lot level with an ocean view. This was our first stay since the spa and pool area was newly renovated. It is beautiful! We always enjoy our glasses of cognac by the fire pit next to the dining area. Had a wonderful and relaxing visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
We got an upgrade upon arrival which was amazing! The location is spectacular and completely romantic. We had great weather luckily. The room was beautifully decorated in a rustic "Restoration Hardware" look. Very chic. Free shuttle! Did take a long time to get ice that we requested. We called 2 times and waited about 30 minutes.
I had a wonderful experience at Gurney's, I celebrated my bestfriend birthday here an it was amazing everything went well no disappointments..The staff very nice, the spa is breath taking had a great massage ..the room big, clean and have a beautiful view, The food at the restaurant is good...I'll definitely come back!!
