We travelled as family with a friend, and I picked this location due to its laidback environment - not chaotic like Times Square. The place is clean, rooms are clean and smelling fresh and it is so close to everything. Will be staying here again!
The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing!!! We didn’t need use them everyday but went out of the way to make sure we were ok. Location is so convenient. Close to subway and nice restaurants. Close to Battery Park. Have stayed here twice and would stay again.
The staff was fantastic! They let us check in early and even gave us an upgraded room with a view of the One World Trade Center. We will stay there again!
