  • This is an incredibly beautiful hotel. Very centrally located to many areas that we wanted to visit. They held our bags for us before we were able to check in so we didn't have to lug them all around the city and they held our bags the day we checked out as well. Room service was fantastic and the view from our room was spectacular as it looked right out onto Times Square. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit New York again
  • This is the best hotel if you’re wanting to stay right in the middle of Time Square! Right in the middle of everything. This hotel is perfect! It’s huge, has bar/restaurant, excellent gift shop and Starbucks onsite. The staff was so helpful! The hotel and all areas of hotel were immaculate First time staying here but hope to be back many more times. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in NYC
