Very clean rooms, lovely view from the lounge and restaurant and excellent staff. We would definitely stay again!
The hotel is in the perfect location! I was worried about the outside noise but on the 19th floor we could not hear anything. The views of Time Square from the room and restaurant were awesome. The room was clean, well air conditioned and was larger than I expected. The gym was nice and had all of the necessities. We will definitely stay here again.
The staff was super friendly, especially the housecleaning staff!! Traveling with 2 young kids by myself, the hotel was centrally located and easy to walk/take train to attractions! Would definitely stay here again!
