Check in process was seamless, room was big and clean. All the employees were incredibly sweet and the 2 complimentary drinks were super generous. They also gave us a 2pm checkout which was highly appreciated, great location and staff!
This is right up my alley unlike Park Lane which my CC concierge said it was a 5 start hotel. It isn’t. The Pierre is outstanding! Thank you for wonderful short trip.
Magnificent hotel. You definitely get what you pay for. I would definitely stay there again. My love & I had an amazing time & felt so pampered. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating.
