I always enjoy staying at this resort. We’ve enjoyed it as a family and also just my husband and I. This time, there was a small leak from upstairs in the extra bathroom (1 bedroom suite has 2 bathrooms), and my husband called the front desk. They sent staff right away that could see what the problem was and dealt with it immediately. They took many fees off our room to accommodate the inconvenience. They even sent champaign as it was a belated anniversary weekend. In a world where customer service is just gone, they rate excellent in that area. Highly recommend this place.
A hidden gem so close to LA. The property has always been lovely, I hadn’t been in years. The updates since I’ve been are beautiful & the service all around was to notch. Our room was huge, comfortable & well appointed. Breakfast was delicious & you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend, but don’t tell too many people :-)
Hidden gem on the Oxnard's shoreline. Valet and the check in process were easy and convenient. The restaurant ( Ox and Ocean ) was really nice, food was really good, and the staff were highly attentive and helpful. Great experience across the board......
