Beautiful property and the pool was perfect for the kids. They gave me late checkout no charge and they had free parking as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The Sheraton hotel at Palo Alto is probably one of best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel manager and staff were so friendly, warm, and welcoming. My room was super clean and spacious! I’ll be revisiting Palo Alto for work and I’m planning to stay at the hotel again.
