First of all Ive tried many hotels in the area when I visit for a local horse show. This is by far the best one. It is new, beautiful architecturally, wonderful staff and amenities, great restaurant/room service, close to everything and in a peaceful park setting. In addition to finding it to be my new home away from home in Princeton, when I recently had to cancel a pre paid non refundable rate due to having to cancel because my daughter had emergency abdominal surgery, the hotel kindly and swiftly offered to refund my entire stay even though it was only 5 days before arrival. This type of customer service is rare these days. The horse show did not offer the same kindness and I had to pay for horse stalls I never used. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I only hope it doesnt make it too hard for me to book in the future! Nothing to say negativebeautiful and clean! completely updated!
