We've stayed multiple times at this property, but it was our first time after the start of the pandemic. It was incredibly clean, with employees masked at all times. The staff here is beyond nice - they make a good vacation great. Super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms, pool, grounds, and views are simply beyond. We'll definitely be back again! We had requested a rollaway bed for my son that wasn't set up - and they did set it up eventually. I came to understand that they are short-staffed...but you would not know it, given the incredibly high level of service and friendliness.
Our stay here was exceptional! The customer service experience was unlike anything we have experienced at any other hotel. Everything on the property was in pristine condition, clean, and tidy. Both restaurants served great food and the pool was relaxing and quiet!
