Have stayed here before and never had an issue. This time either Expedia or The Portofino lost my reservation. Gregory at the front desk handled it like a pro!! Got is the room we wanted in the reservation and even matched the price from Expedia!
It's a wonderful hotel with gorgeous views. Conveniently located to everything you need while visiting Redondo Beach!
Craig was the absolute best at his craft. His customer service made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. This rang true because flying in from overseas and having airport issues were taken as those were his issues. Craig and his team made sure I was taken care of above and beyond what was needed. So I thank Craig and the entire staff for a very memorable stay. I will be back soon.
