Great experience, I really got the best sleep that I've had in a long time in the hotel’s king bed. The room was clean, absolutely comfortable, lux hotel experience, nice city view. Street parking, perfect location, I’ll definitely book again.

After a terrible experience at a different hotel (think prostitution and drug dealers) we left the first hotel after an hour. It did NOT feel safe. I went online and booked a room at this new hotel. Although it was 3x the price, it was so worth it! The gentleman at the front desk was awesome and got us in our new room quickly, although we did have to settle for 2 double beds instead of the king that I booked. The new room was clean and the shower was awesome, althoughthe tub had a very slow drain. I will definitely be back next time we're in Richmond. I won't even bother looking anywhere else.Great location, convient and safe. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfy updated room.
