Super friendly and helpful staff! They were very accommodating and kind. We were able to check in early, and they also held our luggage for us so we did not have to carry it around for hours before our flight. The room was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is IMMACULATE in terms of the River Walk and all it has to offer. The restaurant and coffee shop attached to the hotel were also very convenient to grab a quick bite or drink. Highly recommend!
