We LOVED our stay at the W! The room was spacious and gorgeous. We we given a king bed room instead of 2 queens by mistake and the customer service helped right away! Also on our way home, the Lyft to the airport changed their time and would have made us late so an employee drove us in their car so we wouldn’t miss our flight. Very kind and very customer service forward!! Will stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff were always available and extremely helpful. The resort has a nice modern touch with a beautiful pool area. I will definitely be coming back!The staff was amazing. From the minute we checked in anything that we needed they took care of. I was extremely happy and cant wait to come back again.
