Great location, friendly people and the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic! I will definitely be staying there again!
Room very nice. View surrounding pool aeea.area.. Both our rooms were next to each other which was great! Your only elevator is ery small and in a difficult spot for a scooter to enter. My husband had some problems getting into the elevator, so for the disability aspect of maneuvering around, not ideal. The pool was FREEZING. Rock flooring surrounding the pool was very hard to walk on Whirlpool was nice. Roomy and a good temperature. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Great selection, very friendly and helpful staff replenishing food items in a timely manner. They Helped me get my food to the table I am disabled and they were so helpful!! Staff at front desk upon arriving and lchecking out in the morning were fantastic. The guy with the purple hair ( I don't recall his name, sorry) was a hoot. Funny, knowledgeable, gave me direction to some local restaurants. Hr made sure everything was good with our reservation. The morning staff on our check out went above and beyond my expectations. It was a quick easy checkout. They were both so friendly and helpful!!! Our stay at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Spearfish was excellant. Thank you so much for you amazing hospitality. We had booked a reservation at the Hampton in Spearfish for 2 rooms. When I call to confirm. They only had 1 room left. We needed 2, which I had booked for. They were so rude at the Hampton. So really glad we booked at your convention Center. Thank you again. Your facility is Excellant!!! Pool FREEZING, rock flooring surrounding pool very uncomfortable to walk on. AC in bedroom area and living room area VERY noisy.
