Special thanks to Sidon at front desk and Rosie in housekeeping. They made us feel like family! This was our second time staying at this location and we enjoyed the both of them each time we stayed for the duration of our time! They had excellent customer service and very friendly people! Also, Joseph at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during our stay. He helped me with the printer and was very nice during our stay. My husband wanted me to shout out the two gentlemen that assisted with getting another TV in the room because the one we had a dark picture. They immediately took care of the problem so he could watch the game. He was soooo happy and stated they were very friendly and nice!!! He wanted to make sure I gave them a shout out but he did not get their names. Please let everyone know that it was a pleasure meeting everyone and appreciate the excellent customer and wonderful experience we had during our stay at your Northlake location. A Big Thank You!!!

I initially booked for the looks and restaurant but ; I experienced comfort and quality. The room was clean from shower to fridge. Nice quiet ambiance, absolutely perfect. Ill be back really soon !!Clean, convenient and fun! The service and atmosphere was exceptional.
