Amazing hotel. I have stayed here for years and it continues to be my favorite hotel. The gym improvements were well needed and exceeded any gym I have been to. Courtney and Luis are both excellent customer service representatives for your hotel.
Best hotel in the area. If you’re visiting San Francisco. It’s worth to stay here and drive the 20 minutes to DTSF.
I will always be grateful to the staff at the Renaissance Walnut Creek Their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile is commendable. It’s my home away from home.
